Air And Nitrox Fills

Please remember these things when you bring in your tanks to be filled.

• You must have your certification card.
• The tank must have a current hydrostatic test date.
• The tanks must have a current visual inspection sticker. Aluminum tanks manufactured before January 1, 1989, must have an annual  Visual Eddy test as well as a visual inspection.

• Tank fills with air are $10.00 each or you can purchase 10 fills for only $80.00.
• Tanks larger than 130 cuft. are $30.00 each.

We can perform the visual and eddy current inspection in just a matter of minutes however, the hydrostatic test needs to be taken to a hydrostatic testing facility. We recommend International Fire Equipment in Lake Zurich, 847-438-2343.

We can fill your tanks with 32% nitrox while you wait and custom blends up to 32% within 48 hours. Because we premix the 32% Nitrox, your tanks do not need to be oxygen cleaned but they do need to be properly marked and you need to be certified to use Nitrox.

Custom blends from 33% to 100% can be filled into oxygen-cleaned tanks if the tanks are properly marked and you are certified for the blend requested. Allow at least 4 days for custom blends greater than 32% oxygen.

Aviator Oxygen per cuft $0.33 (max 100% O2, 2600psi)

Note: Two tanks joined together are considered two tank fills.
