1. Read the PADI Open Water Training Manual and view the Open Water video at home at your own pace.

2. Complete the classroom and pool training with Sea Level Diving, during one of our conveniently scheduled classes or On-Line. 

3. Do 4 training dives with a PADI Instructor on vacation or locally with us. 

That’s it, you now have a life-time Scuba certification with PADI the worlds largest certification organization!

 


 

Course Details

Big News!! We now do our training dives at 3 Oaks Recreation Area, only minutes from the store. No more driving hours to the dive site!! No other dive shop makes it easier to get certified. Sea Level Diving has the Classroom training, pool training and training dives all in Crystal Lake.

In Store Class & Pool Fee:

The fee of $299.00* includes: 
 

1.
 The classroom and pool training. Either one weekend 9am to 5pm or 4 weeknights 6:30pm to 10pm.

2. Open Water Student Kit containing the PADI Open Water Training Manual, a divers log book, depth/time limit calculator, and other classroom materials.

3.
 Use of all scuba equipment.

4.
 Referral paperwork to take with you on vacation if needed.

Proper fitting snorkeling equipment will greatly increase your overall comfort and enjoyment of the course. Therefore you are required to have your own mask, snorkel, fins and boots suitable for scuba. The only way to be sure you get the best possible fit, is to come to Sea Level Diving and let one of our expertly trained staff help you pick out your equipment. As a student you will receive our Equipment Satisfaction Guarantee so you can make a purchase with confidence.

Weeknight Schedule: Two Tuesday nights 6:30pm to 10pm is the classroom training. Two Thursday nights 6:30pm to 10pm is the pool training. That’s it you’re done in 4 evenings and ready for your 4 training dives.

Weekend Schedule: Saturday and Sunday 9am to 5 pm. That’s all, just one weekend and you’re ready for your 4 training dives. The classroom is 9am to noon then the pool is 1pm to 5pm both Saturday and Sunday.

The entrance fee to the park we use for training is not included in our fee and is the responsibility of the student.
