Discover Scuba Diving (DSD)

Often someone will shy-away from trying scuba diving because they think it’s difficult to do or it requires great athletic abilities. This is simply not true! In fact we find that once they try it, they’ll be hooked! This is

why we offer Discover Scuba Diving. This 1/2-hour class will do 2 things for the student: 1. We will explain some of the basics of scuba diving and put to rest any fears they might have. 2. They will get in the pool with all the equipment on and see for themselves just how easy it is. The DSD class is just $25.00 and includes everything they need. If after participating in this class they sign up for our PADI Open Water course the $25.00 DSD fee will be applied to the Open Water course fee. We offer the Discover SCUBA Diving class every weekend but you have to register 4 or 5 days in advance. Other dates are available upon request.

Print this Form and bring it with you to the Discover Scuba Class. You only need to print and fill out pages 2, 3, and 4. If you answer yes to any of the medical question you’ll need to have this medical form signed by your doctor before you can take the class.
